Terms & Conditions for Funnel Design & Build Service

These Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) govern the provision of Funnel Design and Build Service (“Services”) provided by Ira Herreria Yabut | Ira Funnel Haven (“Service Provider,” “I,” “me”) to the client (“Client,” “you,” “your”). By engaging my services, you agree to these terms.
1. Scope of Services
I will design and build a custom done-for-you funnel according to the agreed-upon project brief, which may include:
• Funnel strategy and mapping
• 2–3 page funnel design, copy implementation, and build
• Email sequence, payment gateway, and automation integrations
• Funnel testing and optimization
Any work outside the original scope (e.g., extra pages, additional integrations, new copywriting, full email sequence, etc.) will be considered additional work and billed separately with your prior approval.
2. Payment Terms
You may choose one of the following payment options:
Option 1 – Full Payment Upfront:
• 100% of the agreed project fee is due before work begins.
Option 2 – 50:50 Split Payment:
• 50% deposit is due before work begins.
• Remaining 50% balance is due before Phase 3 (Project Turnover).
Payments are non-refundable once work has started. I will not begin work until the required initial payment has been received. I will not release or hand over final assets until the final payment is cleared.
3. Project Timeline
The project timeline will be discussed and agreed upon prior to project start. Under normal circumstances, the estimated delivery time is 15 - 20 business days from the date of receiving all required materials and initial payment.
Timely communication and submission of assets (brand kit, images, copy, etc.) from you are crucial for on-time delivery.
Any delays in providing necessary materials or approvals may result in an adjusted delivery schedule without penalty to me.
4. Revisions
You are entitled to 2 rounds of revisions within the agreed scope. Additional revisions beyond this will be billed at $500 per revision.
5. Turnover & Handover
Upon receipt of the final payment, I will provide full access and ownership of the completed funnel assets. This includes:
• Funnel pages
• Automations and integrations
• Login details and/or admin access (if applicable)
No access will be provided before full payment is received.
6. Client Responsibilities
You agree to:
• Provide all required materials (logo, brand guidelines, copy, images, etc.) in a timely manner
• Review and approve work at each milestone to avoid delays
• Make payments according to the agreed schedule
Failure to provide necessary materials or approvals may pause the project timeline without penalty to me.
7. Intellectual Property
Upon final payment, all deliverables are transferred to you. I reserve the right to display completed work as part of my portfolio, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
8. Confidentiality
I agree to keep confidential any sensitive business, marketing, or customer information exchanged during the project.
9. Limitation of Liability
I am not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising after funnel handover, including but not limited to loss of sales, downtime, or technical issues resulting from third-party platforms.
10. Termination
Either party may terminate the project with written notice.
If work has started, payments already made are non-refundable. If you terminate after partial work is done, you are responsible for paying for work completed to date.
11. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed under the laws of Republic of the Philippines.
12. Changes to Terms
I reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. In the event of significant changes, you will be notified promptly before they take effect.
13. Acceptance of Terms
By engaging my services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.
